The Return of the Blog....

it's been quite a wihle since i've been on the Internet. I've been having too much fun during the holidays that i've decided to put off blogging for another time. Well, I guess now is a good time to catch all of my lovely fans up on what i've been doing the past few days.

Christmas Eve - I went with my mom, auntie nelia, uncle larry, and my grandma to St. Rita's over on Euclid avenue for Christmas Eve mass. Yeah i'm all down with celebrating mr. Holiness. But the perk is, for some reason, a Church is an excellent place to find cute pinay girls! I'm serious! Cute pinay girls like going to church! Also, all the relatvies have arrived, so Christmas can kick some ass. The night before, we were all playing Colecovision, which brought back some OLD OLD memories from way back when I was like 2, and everyone was like 8 and 10 years old. Oh man those were the DAYS. Class video gaming with my cousins. We had so much fun.

Christmas Day - Yeaaaaaaa! Open presents! Eat food! Play games on my cousin Lilibeth's XBOX!!! Madden 2002 and Dead or Alive 3, baby! And more food food food eat eat eat! My cousin Lanel's boyfriend Sherman works at a food testing plant where they check for diseases and such. Being in the Bay area, they get a LOT of seafood shipments. So Sherman takes home seafood when he is allowed, so when they came down to celebrate Christmas at our house, we had LOBSTERS! BIG LOBSTERS! Oh my god that is such a great tasting specimen of seafood. He brought a dozen of those suckers. My parents, aunts and uncles, they were taking PICTURES of themselves while holding up the lobsters. As my mom puts it, "free lobsters are a once in a lifetime opportunity". After all the great food, we had a gift exchange game amongst all the cousins, where we answered questions about the family. needless to say, being the youngest among them all (cousins are 22, 23, 23, 24, 25, 26, 26) puts me at a disadvantage cause they remember more stuff than me. But i did pretty good. Geez, how embarassing is it when the question is "when is uncle william and auntie mona's anniversary?", considering that they are MY parents? haha, my sister didn't know either. But we'll remember the 18th from now on. ahha. But the highlight of Christmas day was when Lilibeth popped in SILENT HILL 2 on her X box. She gave me the control so I could be James Sunderland. It was SO DAMN SCARY. All the cousins were gathered in the family room, and we were playing the game and solving the riddles together. It was at Night also, so that claustrophobic combat had everyone screaming like "AAAAA" when a monster popped out. My auntie peenah was like "aldrin kill the monster! swing swing!" But yeah, it is a GREAT game, but then again it is a SCARY game if you play it by yourself at night. LIGHTS OUT also.

After Christmas Shopping - Anchor Blue is still my favorite store. Got a hooded fleece for $30. Went to Robinson's May. Got another hooded fleece for $25. Can't have enough hooded fleeces i'll tell you that.

Friday @ the Movies - The plan was to watch Ali with Dre, Chien, Ezaree, Eric and Sara. We got to AMC 20 and got in line. My mom had extra movie tickets so she gave 3 of em to me to share with Chien and Dre. But Ali was special engagement. So then we watched Ocean's Eleven instead. Man, that is a FUNNY movie.
