the moment of silence is in a few minutes on TV and on the radio.

it was one year ago today. (click to see my blog on september 11 2001)

it seems like it was only yesterday though when i was awaken by my sister, who was getting ready for work when on TV she saw the reports of a building on fire. At first it was a building on fire, it didn't seem all that new. Then she saw the second plane come and hit it, that's when she came running into my room.

my dad was already at work at the navy base. he went under immediate lockdown at work, and wouldn't be allowed to go home for another 12 hours before he could go home.

my mom was at ucsd hospital at work already.

i jumped online, and immediately saw the news. while typing away at a blogger, i turned to watch the news. newsbreak, the pentagon was just hit.

and one of the towers had just collapsed....

another plane just crashed in pennsylvania,

the second tower collapsed.

it's all happening so fast.
